George Mason University has done a great job in keeping its Covid-19 cases relatively low. They only have around 3,000 students living on campus, and they are planning to do daily health checks and randomized testing for their students. During the week of September 26th, George Mason tested almost 3000 students and came back with a positive test result 0.6% of the time. George Mason’s effort to reduce the spread is definitely showing as they have the lowest number of cases, compared to other major Virginia state colleges, as of the end of September.
